David Holmes joined the Clarion team in 2004. David has lived in the Lake Norman area for over 15 years. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, majoring in Marketing and Real Estate & Urban Analysis. David spent 2 years in the residential real estate market prior to joining Clarion and now presides over Clarion's Land Acquisition and Development department. David is a licensed Real Estate Agent in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

Johannah Saruse graduated from Appalachian State University in 2006 with her degree in Finance and Banking. She returned to Charlotte and joined Clarion Realty in January of 2007. Now, Johannah is the lead accountant handling corporate accounting, bookwork and other financial duties. She is also a part of our sales team. Johannah is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina.

Lynne Kelly is a graphic designer by trade, and has been working in the real estate industry since 2000 when she joined the Marketing/PR department of the largest real estate firm in the Carolinas. She later proved her superior organizational skills as she juggled print/web marketing, office management and closing coordination for a successful Lake Norman real estate team. Lynne currently works with our accounting team as well as handling other office duties.
